But when viewed from top it will be seen as a complete drawing like in 2d .( may be exported from another software to a dwg file )

I need to convert this components i mentioned above into one single plane but without exploding cause its a large file!

any commands , any softwares where i can achieved the following

note :already tried flatshot , flatten , exporttoautocad

Yes you’ll lose a lot by going the pdf route but at least it’ll still be a vector dwg and some of the hatches may still be hatches. I’d say give it a try in a smaller sample just so you can see the results

If you have Blocks that contain parts that are not all in the same plane, then if you don't want to Explode them, you would need to REFEDIT or BEDIT the Block definitions to flatten their contents, either using the FLATTEN command [it can be used within either Block-editing command] or by selecting things and changing all their Z coordinate and Elevation values to 0. A routine could presumably do that for you [within limits], comparable to routines that are out there for the Searching, that do things like put all parts of all Block definitions on Layer 0, or change the color property of all parts to ByLayer.

Are there ever 3D Solid objects?

Those [file size and 3D-ness] are two different considerations. A complex drawing is going to be a large file, which you may be able to reduce in size with Purging and so on, but obviously there will be a limit to how much it can be reduced. Converting everything to 2D from 3D is not necessarily going to reduce the file size. A 3D Polyline with Z-coordinate differences is not going to take any less memory when made to lie in a flat plane [though there could be a small difference if it can be made into a 2D lightweight Polyline]. Neither is a Block whose contents have a 3rd dimension necessarily going to take less memory when those contents are made flat. Things like linework that have non-zero Thickness and/or Elevation can have those properties changed to zero, but they still need to have values stored in those properties even if they are zero, so no memory reduction will result. Etc.

It sounds to me like the not in 3D must be the more important consideration, since I assume it is an absolute, whereas less size is relative.
