&lt;P&gt;&lt;EM&gt;&lt;FONT color="#000080"&gt;&amp;gt;&amp;gt; When i create the .wmf file, it is too large to be operated in my surveillance software.&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/EM&gt;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Please, can you give us a bit more details?&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;What is large? Is it a file-size or a number of vectors, or ...?&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Which software product is your "surveillance software" and what is the maximum size of ?? that software can import.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Is it really true that you exchange CAD data by WMF? Isn't there a more accurate file type possible to send your geometry?&lt;/P&gt;

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hello,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I have some troubles with a .wmf export.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;When i create the .wmf file, it is too large to be operated in my surveillance software.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;They aren't xref or other problematic items.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Could you help me?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Thanks a lot.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;Does your surveillance software accept PNG format? That might reduce the size for you. Here is an &lt;STRONG&gt;&lt;A href="https://knowledge.autodesk.com/support/autocad/learn-explore/caas/CloudHelp/cloudhelp/2018/ENU/AutoCAD-Core/files/GUID-5164C465-5BCB-45E8-ACE2-49D540D7CB10-htm.html" target="_blank"&gt;&lt;U&gt;article&lt;/U&gt; &lt;/A&gt;&lt;/STRONG&gt;on plotting raster formats but you can even use the Windows Snipping tool to grab your AutoCAD drawing screen and it will save as PNG by default.&lt;/P&gt;
