Unable to type numbers in all of a sudden

Hello, I think I've accidentally pressed something on my keyboard to change a setting, but I can't figure out what I've done!

All of a sudden I am unable to type numbers in for any tools.
For example: if I go to the line tool I cannot punch in for it to be 2000 long, nor can I "tab" to change its angle. This isn't working for any tons anymore, where 5 minutes ago it was.

I have checked that the Number Lock is ON, and it doesn't work with the top numbers above the letter keys either. The white text boxes that appear next to the cursor as input fields have disappeared so together.

Any help would be massively appreciated!!

I believe You mean the Dynamic Input. Hit F12.
