Layer dialog box location changed.

Somehow my Layer dialog box moved and now blocks my drawing. I need to learn how to detach it so that it is off to the side, like it used to be. Thanks for the help.

Perhaps do a screenshot and share that here so we have an idea as to what you mean by blocking your drawing. Also do you only have a single monitor or dual?

Thank you. Here is what I am seeing. The Layer box has become docked. It has always been in it's own box, off to the side, where I could move it around. I dont know how this happened or how to undo it.

@spiarsr Click and hold then DRAG this very faint gray vertical bar to reposition your LAYER palette

I found a properties box where i can un-dock it. That fixed it.
