topic Which Reviewer is best? in AutoCAD Forum

I have coworkers that do not have AutoCad, or any of the corresponding viewers, I've sent them PDFs of designs but the formatting isn't as crisp or as easy to read than what you can see in AutoCad 2016. The lines are too thick upon zooming in, lettering and numbering seems too small in areas (but not in cad or on printouts).

Is there a preference between viewers for those folks that will not be doing any modifications to the design, but is easy for them to use?

Any recommendations or ideas are helpful.

If you would like them to view your DWG files directly, you could use DWG TrueView (Windows only).

But here is the list of viewers and their capabilities.

That would work for some coworkers except some executives are constricted to google and microsoft products. What would you recommend for them besides a PDF?

As pointed out DWGTRUEVIEW will fit the bill.

However, you might be better served by fixing your PDF output. If you use page setups (and you should) then use the full size page setup to PUBLISH to your PDF and you'll get the same clarity in the PD that you get in the printout.
