Annotative Dimensions Keep Changing

I am using a new template created by another employee (who is on vacation), the dimensions I enter in the sections seem correct at first, but as I move to the next section the dimensions in the previous section change, as shown in the attachment. Any direction will be appreciated.

Every viewport has its own annotative scale. Select one and go to the properties palette, there will be a standard scale and an annotative scale. Make sure each viewport is set as you want them.

Can you give me a bit more detail? The different viewports appear to be the same scale so I am unclear on what is changing. Can you share one of your files so I can take a look?

Looks to be like your dims are loosing their association with the objects:
1) are you dimensioning in paperspace, and not actually inside the viewport?
2) are you using Osnaps to select the intersections and endpoints of objects?
3) Do you just need to reassociate your dimensions to fix them?

in paperspace, DIMASSOC=2 is doubling the VP scale, try setting it to 1 and DIM UPDATE.

There are some good suggestions here in the thread. Have you tried any of them to resolve your dimension issue? If not, please attach a sample drawing to help provide a faster solution.
