Visibility on block not working

I have a block we use as a sprinkler head with some visibility states so we can change whether it is on a rise pipe/pendent etc. But on the most recent project I'm on, I've gone back in to the drawing and the block isn't working.

I can't really explain anything other than that as I have no idea why its happened but I have attached two screenshots and the block in question. I need to get this drawing issues ASAP, which I why I was going into the drawing, this is a huge dampener on the project as there's 400+ heads and not a single one is visible.

Fig 1 shows how they should look, Fig 2 shows how they currently look. I got Fig 1 from a revised drawing which I cannot issue.

I opened up the block and the units are set to Meters. Is this what it's supposed to be? or Feet?

The units are set as we use, the units have nothing to do with the issue anyway.

The block is set to Meters, and if you insert it, it changes to millimeters. What is your INSUNITS set to?

Hello @jason.bowman

I think it is the WIPEOUT that is ahead of the figure, to fix that problem enters the block from the BLOCK EDITOR, select the VISIBILITY MODE button to turn on all the visual states, then go to the drawing and select a WIPEOUT, press click Right and SELECT SIMILAR, send all the WIPEOUT backwards with the command DRAW ORDER + BACK. Then press VISIBILITY MODE again and save the block and close.

4 - Millimetres, its worked fine for years and we've always kept it like that, so I'm assuming the units aren't the problem? My guess is it's the visibility as some states work, some don't?

I've tried this before posting, if I move the wipeout then it alters the states, so a pendent head (where the wipeout DOESN'T covers my red range pipe) appears as a pendent head (which DOES cover the red range)
I like the thinking though.

@jason.bowman It seems that the problem is the WIPEOUTFRAME variable, you must have it in 0, put it in 1 and you will see how the blocks are displayed well,
