&lt;P&gt;Does this happen on your computer too with the exact same command sequence? If not, then it is time to compare system variables. I think the&amp;nbsp;&lt;SPAN&gt;DYNPICOORDS as suggested by&amp;nbsp;@Anonymous&amp;nbsp;is a good starting point. If you want a list of your variables there is a tool in Express Tools called SYSVDLG that should help.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Can you list the exact steps (data entry) that makes this happen? Or perhaps capture a screen or make a video that shows the issue?&lt;/P&gt;

      <title>Issue with specifying length and moving elsewhere on drawing</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Another engineer in the office is having an issue in which when he copies a line and specifies a distance, it moves to a completely different part of the drawing. Its also do it when moving an object or even creating a line.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;It seems as if by specifying a length, AutoCAD is recognising it as a coordinate instead?&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Maybe the running osanps are grabbing something. Try turning them off or specifying the osnap NONE&lt;/P&gt;</description>

&lt;P&gt;As comrades commented it will be better if you upload a video or screencast of the problem, you can try shutting down SNAPMODE or F9.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;You can also check your UCS coordinate system, maybe it's rotated or 3D,&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;

      <description>&lt;P&gt;We found out it was because number lock was on... That doesn't make any difference on my computer but does on my colleagues for some reason.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
