Geolocation map not get after updation

Dear Sir,

I have using geolocation map, but it is giving error for update. After install update it is given repeatedly same notification for update. Please guide us how to resolve this problem.

What version of your product? Can you run _VERNUM in command line?

Can you do a screen capture of the problem?

I am not sure which version you are using. Could you attach a capture to show which information you met and your product version?

We have AutoCAD LT 2014 version and please find error message when we are try to using geolocation map..for your reference please..

Unfortunately current AutoCAD 2014 and AutoCAD LT 2014 have been discontinued on Online map support.
