Settings have reverted to factory

This morning I was asked for the first time in 9 months to enter my username and password, now all my display settings and toolbars etc have reverted to standard factory settings. It will take an age to reset them. Can I recover them?

I.m not having any success with this at all today. I have a ribbon now that I don't want. I want to have my toolbars back but cannot get any toolbars to display. It is very frustrating. I tried to book a call but no space is available today, I tried email, and searching help but to no avail. So I came on here and have no response all morning. What can I do to get classic toolbars back?

Hi,

This is what usually happened when you launch AutoCAD from another user account.your previous settings stored in the previous user account and now you have to treat with new settings. maybe migrate setting will be useful for your case . >> Click <<

Wow! All resolved, thank you for your advice. I was looking at re-customising all toolbars, and had spent at least two hour this morning trying to do so!
