I have used Q select to select a certain block within a large drawing. How can I locate the selected block without having to manually search through all aspects of the drawing.

Thanks

Hi,

i suggest to use copy or move commands and when asked for select objects type " P " from previous.and for sure this is after qselect command.or after you finish successfully qselect command type copy or move commands because AutoCAd waiting for a command to do with those previous selected objects.

Note: usually when qselect command finish successfully you will see blue grips that will guide you for the items that you select.but you have to know that this behavior controlled by GRIPOBJLIMIT system variable. you can read more HERE .

Regards,
