How to make or edit an icon on a toolbar

There are commands that don't have icons and when i put them on a toolbar there is a cloud with a question mark instead.

When i try to open an existing icon from an other command i don't see it.

You can use the image editor in the CUI dialog. Click on your toolbar button and the Button Image tools appear. Choose an existing icon similar to what you need and then click on the Edit button.

How do i know the color composition of a previous pixel in the original icon?

I edit an existing icon but i can't match a color.

I can only erase or make new pixels but i want to select an existing pixel and see what are it's red, green and blue values.

Is there an other program outside Acad that makes that?

In the image above, you can EXPORT the icon to a BMP. Then open the file in your favorite image editing software, Microsoft PAINT if you don't have anything. When you are done, click on the Edit button I circled, then click on the IMPORT button.
