Failed to launch server application - Excel Lockup

I hope someone out there can help, Up until yesterday placing Excel worksheets into a drawing was no problem at all and worked great. Now when trying to place and OLE into a drawing or trying to edit an older drawing OLE I get "Failed to launch server application" I have done the following in an attempt to correct the issue and these have been found on the Autodesk site as well through a google search.

Update all software

- Windows

- Autocad

- Microsoft 365

Uninstalled and reinstalled Autocad

Reinstalled Microsoft 365

At this point I am at a loss and losing time on client projects, hopefully there is someone out there that can help.
