Solid hatch transparency issues

I have been drawing hatches are drawn in the model space with transparencies set and saving. However these transparencies seem to reset when I am trying to plot the file and are shown with no transparency at all. I use a separate plot file with the original drawing xref'd in, if that matters?

How can you fix it?

Also check the Layer transparency.

The layer transparency is set to 0. None of the original transparencies follow through.

Set the layer transparency from 10-90.

Are you plotting with plot styles assigned.

Is the plot transparency option checked on.

Could you upload a screenshot of your plot settings.
