Plan view of the model I'm trying to draw. I was able to loft the inside miter as seen on the right. I'm trying to delete green area extending inwards from the red part I presspulled to create a 3d look.

Have you tried this? ( I will try on my side in a little bit too)

Create a solid by lofting the two outer shapes.

Create a solid by lofting the two inner shapes.

Subtract the inner solid from the outer solid.

Excellent - you beat me too it (I am staring at it on one of my screens and I haven't touched it yet).

It looks great. Have a good day!
