One quick fix is to create a PC3 file that has the same
name between workstations. The trick is to point to
the preferred printer driver at each workstation.

Name: MyPrinter.PC3
At home use the Xerox driver.
At work use the Sharp driver.

Unhide the system printers in the Options dialog (if needed).
In the command PLOT dialog point to the printer driver and
select the properties button. The successive dialogs will be
able to create the PC3 file.
Rehide the system printers checkbox in the Options dialog.

???

I am working on drawings at the office and at home. When I am in the office I set my printer to a Sharp blah blah blah, but when I am at home and I try creating a batch plot and the pdf is a bunch of blank files, when I select print at home I get a message that the Sharp blah blah blah driver cannot be found so the None plot device is being substituted.

I don't remember this being a problem before.

Thanks,

Steve
