I want to demote 6ft as 6'-0", but it displays as 6'. I want the 0 inch show up even it is "0". How to do that?

Check your leading and trailing zero conditions. There are check-boxes under the dimension style units tab to omit the leading and training. You will also need to select your units precision to a level appropriate.

That's "Zero Suppression".

I made a quick video for you that shows how to turn off Zero Suppression in an architectural dimension style as described by others in this thread. I hope this resolves your issue.
