I chose a couple of intersection of objects, and the endpoints are not at the same XYZ location.

See below - this is a measurement of the distance between the endpoint of one entity and the endpoint of the other entity.

So it should possible to use command PEDIT Option JOIN with fuzzi distance.

As Mr.rkmcswain mention already the end point of the arcs and lines are not identical so you will not be able to join them together directly.

Also as Mr. CADffm mention, you can use PEDIT Option JOIN with a fuzzi distance of 1 mm no more, It will get you the result you want.

You can see attached file for the drawing after using PEDIT command.

I was open the file you have attach. And i found that there are many type of geometry like polyline, LINE, arch and circle.

To joint the geometry you should make it all geometry to be POLYLINE. Maybe you have know tha Polyline can be an arch and line. And it is possible to joint.

My Suggestion, make one group or typical modul using polyline and build all complete modul using POLAR ARRAY.
