      <title>AUTOCAD 2017 NOT WORKING/ERRORS</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi, I'm currently using Autocad 2017 (student version) on ASUS laptop with Windows 10 (64-bits) and intel core i5 (7th generation) with a NVIDIA GEFORCE 930 Mx graphics. My laptop's ram is 12.0 GB.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I am facing a hell lot of issues with my Autodesk software (AutoCad 2017 and 3Ds Max 2017) recently and it is making me mad. My AutoCad is not functioning and the startup view port corrupted everytime I launched the software.       <description>Have you turned off hardware acceleration yet? Worth trying.       <description>&lt;P&gt;Thanks, your first suggestion works, though there are some minor lagging situation and some difference... well, it works fine but I hope this is normal after I turned off the hardware?       <description>&lt;P&gt;Turning off hardware acceleration is more of a diagnostic tool than a solution.&amp;nbsp; If it tends to fix things, it's a good sign there's problems with the graphics system.&amp;nbsp; Hopefully you just need to update the driver for your graphics card.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;The GTX 930 is a bit of an older card, so it may not perform well with newer software.&amp;nbsp; You especially might find some problems with that version of&amp;nbsp;3DSMAX (check the &lt;A href="https://forums.autodesk.com/t5/3ds-max/ct-p/area-c1" target="_blank"&gt;AREA boards &lt;/A&gt;for that program if you haven't done so already).&lt;/P&gt;</description>
