Hi,
I've bought a new portable pc with:
4k
32 gb ram DDR4
Intel i7-7700HQ
nvidia Gtx 1050 with 4gb dedicated.

There is a problem with the nvidia gtx, like a patch that i can't found. I use autocad 2018.
Somewhone can help me?

Did you install the latest autocad (2018.1.1)

The latest nvidia drivers.

The latest windows updates

And very important the latest .NET Framework version?

Is it windows 10 you're on?

Yes, I've tried everything.
We should find a edit internal video driver for Gtx1050, or a memory location management....

Maybe the latest driver isn't compatible with autocad.

Try this link.

Fill in your specs and download the recommended driver.

Or you can try the command "graphicsconfig" and disable Hardware acceleration.

Then try with disabling hardware acceleration.

Try to deinstall the nvidia drivers and see if autocad runs without the drivers.

Autocad doesn't read the nvidia, and, nvidia doesn't work with autocad, there isn't a correct driver

What kind of error does it say?

I have the same problem.
I can not use hardware acceleration in autocad 2018 and without that drawing in autocad is very difficult, especially when using the polyline.
Sometimes the laptop is frozen if actived the graphics aceleration and other times the bluescreen is appears.
I have a laptop asus rog gl553vd with a gtx 1050

Unless it is only you with many posts in these forums, there appears to be many issues with Asus Laptops crashing/freezing in AutoCAD in the last two days.

Was there an Asus sale last week or earlier this month? Or you all from the same school and bought these laptops from school?
