Autocad R14 reset defaults

Unable to reset my Autocad R14 to default settings as I am unable to access 'All apps' after using the

'start' button.

The recommended process is i) Start button - ii) All apps - iii) Autocad - Reset defaults.

Really R14 and not 2014?

If really R14 then there is no "reset settings to default" available in the start menu of Windows, that option did not exist 20 years ago.

You might try to set the parameter /p to a profile name that does not exist to create a new profile, as described >>>here<<<

Thank you for your reply, however, in selecting 'Autocad' the only choice that shows is the 'uninstall option?

The reason is that some 'short cuts' appear to have disappeared

"shortcuts" like what ? you mean that it was worked then disappeared ?

this issue usually appeared when new features added to autocad . have you lately install new lisps or plug-ins ?

if shortcuts in the Windows start menu disappeared then run simply a repair install as described >>>here<<<.

(I guess we are speaking now about 2014? ...not answered yet)
