A software problem has caused AutoCAD to close unexpectedly

I just installed the AutoCAD 2018 with the latest update but it stuck on the loading part. When it says "initializing", shows a message to Submit Report. All the C++ features are installed on my PC but it doesn't work. I also tried to re-install product but it didn't work.

Did you install the latest windows updates and the latest .NET framework?

I would be careful about the 2012 and 2013 releases as they show up in your screenshot from a different source:

To repair the VC++ redist's please follow that article >>>click<<<

And as you do repair's, you might continue with Framework repair too >>>click<<<.

For that it might also help to try:

login with a different Windows user account and see if AutoCAD starts then
disconnect your workstation from all networks, start AutoCAD, does it work now?
start AutoCAD without hardware acceleration as described >>>here<<<

I already have the .NET Framework 4.6.2
I re-installed all VC++ redist versions today but it didn't worked.
I tried from a different Mirosoft account
I disconnected from the internet and tried again
I also did the /nohardware setting.
It's same, the solutions didn't work. Still crashes on the beginning. I'm having the same problem with the 3DS Max 2018.

Not just one Framework, please follow the article I send in my previous mail step-by-step.

What happens when you create a new Windows user account, with admin permissions, login with that account, disable antivirus, right-click AutoCAD start icon and use "start as administrator" from the context menu?

Hi,

I recommend you to do a repair of AutoCAD 2018, but before open up the command line and type in "ipconfig /release".. this will turn off your Internet connection. After that, restart your computer. If this doesn't work, do a clean install of AutoCAD 2018

Please be careful with the Registry. Just delete the R22.0 folder under AutoCAD on both path (CURRENT_USER & LOCAL_MACHINE). And at last AutoCAD 2018 under Local_Machine.

=> Don't forget to clean your Temp folder before.

After that install ACAD 18. You can also try to create an image for a single user license and add the AutoCAD Update to the "additional features".
