FATAL ERROR: Unhandled Access Violation Reading 0xfffffff8 Exception at e25ec5f7

Hi guys!

Im trying to open an AUTOCAD file in my computer and this error is comin:

''AutoCAD Error Aborting: FATAL ERROR: Unhandled Access Violation Reading 0xfffffff8 Exception at e25ec5f7h''

I dont know how to solve it. This file can be opened in another laptops but not in mine. Ive tryed to save it in other versions, copying and pasting it in a new file... but doesnt works!!

¿Does anyone knows what can I try? Thank you so much!

Hi and Welcome to AutoCAD Forum,

i suggest to try this :

Launch AutoCAD as admin.
update your windows drivers.
check and reinstall .NET framework.
Disable Digital Signatures. >> Click <<

Try this test:

Log out of the PC.
Log on as a new Windows user (one that has not logged onto this PC in the past).
Launch AutoCAD.
Open the DWG file.
Does it work?

If so, reset your AutoCAD profile, like this:

Hi,

you are the only one who can do that, nobodyelse (here) have access to your PC.

You entered and revived this old thread, without to name the error adress,

without your comments about all suggestions above.

May I ask: Have you tried one or all of these? If not, start with it or ask your admin.
