CUI editor not working

Hello,

Working in AutoCAD 2017, I would like to change a few of my keyboard shortcuts. I did the following:

Display the Customize User Interface (CUI) Editor

Click Manage tab Customization panel User Interface.

And I got the following message in my command strip:

Command: _cui Unknown command "CUI". Press F1 for help.

Not sure why, when I click on the CUI button autocad says it's an unknown command??? Can anyone help with this? Also, could there be another way to change/create a keyboard shortcut?

Is there a cad-manager/cad-administrator in your company?

Try command _.CUI

You can also use _ALIASEDIT to edit keyboard shortcuts

Hi,

try to enter the command in that way:

_.CUI

(including underline and point)

If you get the same message again you might need to reset the AutoCAD profile as described >>>here<<<.
