I am having an issue with the standard monochrome.ctb (and others color dependent) plot styles overriding/changing the paperspace environments line colors all to white. Regardless of what .ctb style is used, after a screen regen the colors in paper layout will change to whatever the .ctb defines that layer color to be.

We use monochrome mostly for outside vendor drawings and subcontractors who do not send us .ctb's for specific drawings.

This does not happen in model space. All line colors keep the layer setting properties.

I have created new templates for drawing sheets with specific border colors, layout plot configurations, text styles....when I create a NEW drawing and use the .dwt I have created all is good. With the layout plot style set to use monochrome I will "regen" the sheet and all lines/colors change to white. When I draw say, a simple rectangle, while drawing the entity (pick point, expand..) the line color will be the color of the layer current. Once I complete the command the line turns white.

A-Cad 2016. Never had this happen before...anywhere.

Any ideas will be appreciated.

Steve

Alfred,

This works!

When I set up my templates I also set up layout plot options.

I missed this in the setup and it is not available when you do a _PLOT from a layout tab.

I can rest easy now.

Thanks so much..

Steve
