I am using AutoCAD 2018 and When I use EXTRUDE command then T for taper angel my AutoCAD freeze showing massage Modeling Operation Error: Error Code Number is 40012

does any one know how to fix that

I've seen that happen when you try to use a TAPER ANGLE on a SPLINE as you extrude it. Your best workflow is to complete the EXTRUDE command without adding a taper angle, then use the PROPERTIES palette to add a taper angle after the extrusion.

thank you for your response, but I tried same operation on my co-worker same PC with same AutoCAD with no problem or error

A modeling error like that usually means the model is intersecting itself. When you try to use the Taper option, are you typing "T" at the keyboard, or trying to pick the Taper option from the command line? I find that by picking the option from the command line it tends to throw that error because AutoCAD is trying to track the taper angle from the location of the mouse.

It might help if you

upload the dwg-file with that object(s) you are referring to + a description, which command you tried
let us know which version of AutoCAD you are running (command _ABOUT).
