I did a purge and audit. AutoCAD reported no problems to be found. I even did a recover drawing. So, I decided to delete the table and recreate it. I really don't like doing this because I still haven't learned exactly what caused the problem and if I truly eliminated the issue. But I am up and off to the races again. What does eWrongDatabase even mean? I'm in version ACAD2015.

Can you attach a sample file with a table in it that causes this error? Which version of AutoCAD are you using?

Have you started with AUDIT and Purge to see if that helps?

Don't feel bad, nobody knows what it means. If Autodesk did, they'd code the error message differently to inform the end user or at the very least, provide a KB article on how to fix it.

Save often and keep periodic backups. You'll end up spending less time redoing work, than trying to figure out why something broke.

So I totally thought you had some magical way of accessing the drawings database table... then I reread you post and realized you were literally deleting a table entitie in a drawing. Doh.
John helped me out. purging regapps in my XREF may have helped. I also ended up basically exploding my buggy table just to meet my deadline (deleting and re-making it didn’t solve my issue). I’ll look into it more tomorrow.
Thanks John!

Its been a few weeks, but I believe my issue was associated with a particular block. I had to create a new block and assign it to the cells. Were you able to resolve your problem?
