Block Editor Palette, lost command

For some reason, the ARRAY command has disappeared from the ACTION tab on my Block Editor Palette. It was there before and I used it to create the attached block. I also attached a screen shot of what my palette looks like.

Hi,

Would you restart your AutoCAD and from an empty new drawing check the issue, any changes?

Started new drawing, inserted the screw drawing, selected it and started block editor. Still no ARRAY action.
Exploded the block, started a new drawing and copy and pasted the exploded version into the new drawing, started the BLOCK command to create a new block. Still no ARRAY action.
Started a different version of AutoCAD Architecture 2025 (English with AutoCAD instead of English. Pasted the exploded screw drawing, started the BLOCK command and ARRAY still isn't there.
Restarted computer, started AutoCAD 2025, opened exploded screw drawing, created a BLOCK and still no ARRAY.

If I hadn't already used the ARRAY action in previous work I would suspect I was hallucinating
