Thanks for your reply. I accidentally found the solution myself. The problem happens simply because I changed the PDF output setting to achieve the Anti-aliasing performance. I did that by changing the merge control to 'lines merge'. However, that caused the issue above. After I reset the setting, everything is back to normal and the anti-aliasing can be done better by increasing the DPI.

Just wondering have you guys experienced the same issue?

I plot this particular dwg to PDF, the pdf file looks just fine. I print the layout directly from printer and it is also alright. However, when I print the PDF (the one looks perfect on screen, it looks as the picture below. I have tried different settings in CAD and Adobe PDF to test any possibility, but haven't found a solution. Thanks in advance!

Hi,

>> However, when I print the PDF (the one looks perfect on screen, it looks as the picture below

Please let us know what is bad on the output, I can't see enough on your photo to know what is bad or not (I also don't see the original PDF to compare that).

In general: if the PDF can be shown correct on the display but printing the PDF to the printer fails, I guess you need to verify PDF-Viewer settings or printer settings, because AutoCAD is not any more part of the workflow.
