When I am opening my auto cad file getting invalid message

please help me.

Must be a 2018 file. What you are not equiped with, are you ?

Did you try :

https://www.autodesk.com/products/dwg/viewers

DWGTrueview to convert it ?

Whatever those are, they are not AutoCAD .dwg files.

Try opening them with a text editor, Notepad or something like that: a .dwg file always starts with AC and four numbers, the rest may be unreadable.
