grey lines dont want to go away

hi guys

who can help me with this it only appears in layout view and you cant select the grey lines or delete. If you zoom out the grey lines just go on and on the lines?

Hi,

would you please attache here your dwg file for testing ? BUT you can - as a start - try AUDIT and PURGE ( reg ) commands and see if any changes .

Those grey lines may be XLINE, extended infinitely..

select and delete them..

if you cannot delete then check the layers they are in...if the layer is locked..unlock and delete those lines..

Try command _GRAPHICSCONFIG and turn off hardware acceleration ... better?
