FATAL ERROR: Unhandled Access Violation Reading 0x0000 Exception at ebfbf78ch

I've been using AutoCAD 2018 student version for a while on Windows 7.

All the sudden, if I make any trim or multiline edit, the software just crashs with error sign:

FATAL ERROR: Unhandled Access Violation Reading 0x0000 Exception at ebfbf78ch

I searched past issues and followed the nohardware which did not worked.

I also reinstalled the entire software but is is still doing to same thing.

Please help me with this issue.

Its not that issue. Starting up the CAD and opening up the dwg file works fine. But when I try to use trim related tools ,my cad just crashes.

So my problem is with the multi line editing tool.

When ever I use it, cad crashes.

I tried with all the solutions provided but none works.

Please help me out if there is any other solutions.
