Plot Styles Table (Pen Assignment) Tab missing from Plot Dialog Box

Hi ,

I recently had to reset the Autocad to default settings to solve a missing menu issue.

When I did this it worked fine and I have Autocad running just fine. But, the Plot Dialog box no longer features the tab whereby I can select a CTB file from the pop down menu.

Colour dependent Styles is turned on.

PSTYLEMODE IS SET TO 1(READONLY)

Any setting I can find seems to indicate that Autocad is running Colour dependent Plotting.

But that CTB tab is missing and the plots are just coming out in colour.

In fact the whole Right hand side of the Plot Dialog box seems to be missing as you can see from the screengrab down below of what it is supposed to look like compared to mine above.
