Hi,

either change the textsize in the dimension-style, or look to the textstyle used in the dimensionstyle and within the textstyle make sure the textsize is set to 0 (if it's not set to 0 then the dimension can't set it's size for the dimension text).

If all fails please upload the dwg-file and let us know which version of AutoCAD you are using.
