Are you sure that box triggers it? Double check ucsdetect. I do believe though that presspull has a bug. It appears to move the origin to a point on the xy plane that is coincident with a line going through a vector from the current point of view through the center of the region temporarily created to do the extrusion. It appears that the presspull command doesn't clean up behind itself. When possible, try using CTRL+<pick> to select a face to move instead of presspull. The presspull command could easily be customized to fix its faults by adding a command reactor acting on the :vlr-command-ended event.

I am using Autocad 2018. My model has couple of named UCS'. However, while and after I use some commands in 3D modeling space like "Box" or "Presspull", my UCS changes to unnamed, and even more, it STAYS like that. And by unnamed UCS, I don't mean the bug where named UCS are shown as unnamed, I am speaking to a entire new UCS with some strange coords. Please, have in mind that I DO NOT USE dynamic UCS so it is turned off. The problem is much deeper. Also copying the model to new file or reinstalling AUTOCAD does not help at all. Perhaps I am missing something. Please help.

When I started using "move face" from solidedit the UCS stopped from switching itself. UCSDETECT is turned off as I said. ctrl+click is not moving the face in orthogonal direction which does not fit my needs. I am not sure how to adapt your advice in my work.
Thank you in advance.

Yes, there are differences in behavior. It is possible to use gizmos that align with the object but that requires using a 3d visual style. The gizmo actions don't necessarily equal presspull either.

I have found that when selecting presspull from the 3d Modeling Workspace ribbon, the UCS doesn't change. If CTRL+SHIFT+E is used to trigger presspull, then it does cause the anomalous UCS.
