How to make existing text and multileaders annotative after the fact...?

Hi guys!

I'm trying to take an existing plan and profile, and add another viewport at a different scale... so, I'll have one viewport of the plan at 1"=20', and one at 1"=50'. So, I want the existing multileaders to be annotative at .08" paperspace.

Here is what I've done so far, but so far, it's not working... please help. 🙂

1- made that multileader style annotative

2- made the text style used by the multileader annotative

3- Selected similar on all those existing multileaders, and made them annotative

4- No workee!! What am I missing, guys? I haven't used annotative much before....

Appreciate any help!

Did you assign the appropriate scales to your annotative objects?

Can you upload a sampling of some of the annotative objects so we can look at them?

OK, I have attached it. It's not pretty, right now I'm just trying to make it work. The top viewport is 1:20, the second is 1:50. Again, I'd like the multileaders to appear .08 in paperspace....

FOUND IT

The MLeaders in the top Viewport have the annotation scale of "1:20" assigned, but the Viewport itself is using the " 1" = 20'_XREF " scale.

When i change the Viewport to 1:20, the MLeaders look fine
