Seems to work for me. But it seems the viewport now zooms to extend and I need to adjust the scale and content. But regardless, everything is now normal without the angle. Thank you!!

I received drawings from a client and there are many viewports. In one viewport, everything seems to show at an angle. When I double-click to get inside the viewport, the 2D crosshair cursor becomes 3D cursor with three lines. The 3D cursor is still in color black though (not the green and red cursor). Anyone help me to make this viewport normal. Thank you!

After activating the viewport, type in the command "PLAN" and press enter twice. This should set the UCS to current.

Lock your viewport.

Enter your viewport.

Set UCSFOLLOW to 0 (that's a zero).

QSAVE your file.

Repeat for all other viewports in that DWG file's layouts.

In modelspace, if you don't need it, set UCSFOLLOW to 0 as well.
