Annotative Blocks and Annotative Scales in a VIEwPORT

Namaste.

Not sure, if this query is quintessential and if this has been already answered.

Here it is:

01. Is there a way to collectively change annotative scales all the (annotative) BLOCKs already inserted in a VIEWPORT?

02. How to make the already inserted (annotative) BLOCKs in VIEWPORT set to a specific scale, automatically change to the newly assigned scale when the scale of the VIEWPORT is changed?

Let me elaborate this further, for more clarity. Yesterday, I made a VIEWPORT with 1":4' 0" and inserted a set of BLOCKS (that are annotative) and these BLOCKs assumed the same 1":4' 0" scale automatically and obviously. Today, for some reason, I decided to change the scale of the VIEWPORT to 1":6' 0" scale and changed it as well. But I notice that the already inserted (annotative) BLOCKs retain the scale (1":4' 0") as originally inserted and I had to select each one of them separately and change the scale to 1":6' 0". This is very tedious. Is there a simpler method to do the same?

To automatically add the new scale to annotative content when the annotation scale is changed, set the ANNOAUTOSCALE System Variable to a positive value between 1 and 4. See this Autodesk Knowledge Network article for the details on what each value means.

For content that is already placed, you can select multiple items at one time and add/delete scales to all of them at the same time. One way to do so:

Select the annotative content.
Right click and choose Annotative Object Scale > Add/Delete Scales.
To delete scales, select them in the Object Scale List (multiple selections can be made using the SHIFT or CTRL keys) and select the Delete button.
To add scales, select the Add button. In the Add Scales to Object dialog, you can select one or more scales to be added to all of the objects. Select the OK button to add the selected scale(s).
When you are done with adding and deleting, select OK to ratify the changes and dismiss the Annotation Object Scale dialog.

To add to David's information, use SelectSimilar to grab multiple objects quickly and build the selection set of annotative objects to modify
