AutoCAD 2018 - Unable to choose ctb or stb plot style

Hi,

I can't choose a .ctb or .stb plot style in the page setup manager. Both copies are on my computer. I've tried CONVERTPSTYLES and CONVERTCTB, changing color dependent plot style to name dependent plot style and backwards, but nothing happens. When I try to add a new plot style, i'm given two options:

- use a CFG file

- use a PCP or PC2 file

What are those and how can I insert my ctb? I'm having this problem since I updated to AutoCad 2018 (I was using 2016 before, but due to my better resolution i had problems with text sizes). Photo below shows the screen where I shouwld be able to select ".ctb", I guess.

There are three option, not only two and this wizzard is for creating a plotstyletable, not for a plotstyle.

If you have a plotstyletable, copy it to the supportpath for it.
Option/supportpath for plotter ../plotstyletables (sorry, i am away from acad)

Or add your own supportpath with your plotstyletables there.

Next: if you have ctb, make sure the drawing is ready for it.
If plot dialog show you only stb then use command http://help.autodesk.com/view/ACD/2019/ENU/?guid=GUID-3A68A211-1E6C-4A71-8503-62722A1155A6

Right click empty area on command line=>select OPTIONS=>Files Tab=>Scroll down to Printer Support File Path=>Plot Style Table Search Path. This is the folder where AutoCAD looks for your 'plot style.' Your ctb (or stb) must be in this folder. If you have saved the plot styles from your previous version, i.e. version 2016, then put copies of them in that folder and put the originals in a safe place.

Plot styles are mapped to this folder.

That was really helpful to convert and create new PLOTSTYLE from a .ctb file
