How do you autosave bak files to a specific folder?

Many years ago, I set up a project to autosave .bak files to an archive folder on my office server. This has come in handy many times when I have needed to recover old versions of drawings. I would like to do this again, but don't remember how I did it. It always saves the files with the current date (see attached). How do I do this?

AutoSAVE files? Pick a folder in OPTIONS here to where ever you want, but it has to be a folder that is 100% available all the time (aka not logged out nor not-signed-into) when the program is running

If you have Express Tools then use the MoveBak command
