Annotation lines too dark

I'm trying to make my annotation layer lighter and I'm having issues on setting the dimension text and lines lighter. I created new lines in the anno-note layer the same as the dimensions and the new lines are light. I set them to .09mm and i did the same for the dimension line and text and the dimension line and text is still dark. Anyone know how to set dimensions lighter?

check your ctb pen assignment or dimension style. please see attached. thanks

Is it possible to share a sample drawing and your plot style? I would like to see how you have it set up. If you are plotting by color for lineweights then I recommend setting the lineweights in your CTB file.

Hey I fixed the dimstyle and that fixed the trick, I manually put .09mm as the lineweight. But now I want to lighten the architectural ticks as well. do you know how I can lighten these as well as the texts to .09mm as well

Yes, I changed the plot style pen part to see what it would do but I didn't notice any change in the pdf

the plot style is customized so that light blue is thicker than green on plotting but something must have happened because no matter how I change line thickness it only goes light or standard thickness, I don't think I have control over it
