When I plot in paper space, some parts of my layout will move.

I have attached my AutoCAD file to this post so you can see what I'm about to explain. When I plot a layout in Paper Space, some text and lines will shift to a wrong position when it plots. It also shows this in plot preview. I have tried a different printer, and a different computer with no luck. Please see the screenshots below of what I mean, and also the AutoCAD file I attached.

EDIT: Please bear in mind that I have only been working with AutoCAD for 2 months, so if it's a schoolboy error, I apologise.

You have multiple viewports and the one in the middle center of your sheet is extending beyond the limits of the printable area. Adjust that viewport's bottom edge to be within your border and you'll be good to go.
