What is script format for Reconcile all new layers?

I tried "*" or "All" but it did not work!

what i know .... to reconcile a layer in the drawing you have to manually select it from LAYER dialog and mark it as reconciled. BUT you can from command line try this ( maybe in your script ) :

-LA >> E >> *
<Enter> to exit the command .
