Dropdown fields for title block attributes

In this YouTube Video (click here to see), the user has drop down menus for different fields in his titleblock. Ex: the addressed for different projects, names and other information. He does not explain how to create these drop down menus for attributes in a titleblock, I'm wondering if someone might be able to help me out.

Hi @Anonymous,

From what I can determine in watching the video, the blocks that make up the titleblock are dynamic blocks that include visibility states. Each Visibility State contains different geometry (for different sizes) or different text values for instance that indicate different pre-defined values for office locations etc.
