&lt;P&gt;since we don't your CAD drawing i'm guessing here from your image that your Mtext need to modify the &lt;U&gt;Text Justify&lt;/U&gt; to &lt;STRONG&gt;Left&lt;/STRONG&gt; option and this for your image case . if NOT fix please attache here your CAD drawing with that mtext as AutoCAD 2013 format type for testing ?&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;

&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;select your mtext then press &lt;STRONG&gt;Ctrl+1&lt;/STRONG&gt; and for Text pane select your needed justification .&amp;nbsp;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Here is what I experienced after scaling a complex unit all MTEXT objects slides from their individual locations. It was easy and exact solution. First select all the unit. Then write PROPERTIES and on the top of the box choose MTEXT. Below change the justify to "TOP CENTER" and enjoy your scaling.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
