My autocad 2019 keeps crashing on my Asus gaming computer. It freezes up then my screen turns black, then a few minutes later a very small colorful square appears. What should I do? If I uninstall the app would I be able to reinstall it. I am a student and I am allowed 2 downloads; however I already have autocad downloaded on another computer. Any suggestions on how to fix this problem?

I think you read something wrong; there's a difference between download, activation, and authorization (licensing).

You are allowed as many *downloads* as you need, although I'd recommend using the browser download to do so once, then back it up in case you need it later. That way you don't need to download again when you need to re-install.

You are only allowed a certain number of active simultaneous installations e.g. a desktop and a laptop. If you had a third computer e.g. one provided by a school then you'd need to uninstall one of your other ones first.

You can only run (authorize) one computer at a time on a given license. In other words you cannot loan the laptop for someone else to use while you're working on the desktop.

this looks to be a hardware related problem not an Autocad problem it seems it could be a graphics card problem i would start there
