Hi and Welcome to AutoCAD Forum,

>> Is there a way to edit the original and the rest wil also be edited?

Yes , there is a way if :

your objects are exist as a BLOCK and start to copy them.then any changes happened for the block itself; others will automatically change . >> Click <<

your objects are exist as a XREF attachments and start to copy them. here editing the source file also will modify any other inserted as an xref.

for your situation i suggest to make your box with those holes as a block with BLOCK command and copy it as much as you need . then if you want to edit the block you can edit it by BEDIT >> Click << command then close the editor by BCLOSE command . also there are many other ways on how to make blocks but ( as a start ) it's good to know it as i describe it to you . 🙂

Hi @Anonymous, Is this a 2D drawing and the holes are circles? If so then you can select on and right click and pick select similar and then on the properties palette change the diameter of the circles.

Thanks for the answer. I used the box as a example, its actually a building
that is being drawn, and select similar does not work unfortunately. Its a
bit more conplicated than that.
Thanks
