My scaling is totally off after plotting

Hello

After plotting and printing my work, the scale isnt right anymore. Even when i print to a pdf. I checked the units, scale settings (1:1) already. I included the file. If someone could help that would really be appreciated.

1st of all it looks like you're drawing 1 unit = 1 Meter

So under Units command I would change Precision to just 3 decimal places since Millimeters only goes to 3 digits after Meters (rarely any construction should measure smaller than this) & Insertion Scale to match as Meters:

Also there's no need to split your drawing screen to 4 view ports so I ran the VPORTS command and set this back to Single

Then to PLOT from Model, using Dwg to Pdf.pc3 device & A3 Sheet Size at scale 1:0.5 Meter:

Using PageSetup command I also saved this as a Dwg To Pdf 1-0.5 applying this to the Model tab:

To setup Paper Space Layouts for each of the 5 pages you have placed all in Model I first created views for each using the VIEW command:

Then to add this 1:0.5 scale I used the ScaleListEdit command:

Then setup the first Layout with the Paperspace Viewport using the following parameters:

While in Model Space of the Paper Space Vport I used the View command again to set Page 1 as current

Then back in Paper Space I selected the Vport & under Standard Scale set that as 1:0.5 which I added earlier.

Next I created a Pagesetup for Dwg to Pdf.pc3 with A3 size sheet applying this to the Page 1 layout:

Then I copied and created each of the remaining 4 layouts the same way:

Now you can use the PUBLISH command to PLOT all 5 layouts:

Thank you so much for your anwser but im afraid my problem isnt solved... I followed your steps but i need the 5 drawings in the size i made them, i made them 148 units wide and 210 units long because i need to print and cut it so its a5 size(14.8cm and 21cm). After i followed your steps except the ones where you made the size a3 im still about half a centimeter off.

So basically it's the same concept except now you just need to setup Pagesetups using AutoCAD's built-in Dwg to Pdf.pc3 with built-in paper size of ISO full bleed A5 (148 x 210) at scale 1:1

This means each of the Layouts Pagesetup is modified to use that A5 paper size with scale 1:1

Then the Paperspace Vports size are modified to also match this A5 paper size and like before restore the View for each page and now you have your Layouts for all 5 pages with this size plotting at scale 1:1

This time I locked the Paperspace Vport Display so you don't accidentally zoom around and move the view.

I also labeled with dimensions so you can at least on the computer see these dimensions though you won't see them after plotting.

Again using the PUBLISH command to plot all 5 layouts:

@sam_rawoensQZPXM In case your printer is cropping off some of the margins around the A5 sheet size, I created as an example Page 1 on A4 paper size. Now when you print this to your printer using A4 paper you can see exactly where the A5 sheet is located at the center of the page:
