Hardware acceleration issue!!!

I have started a new job and AUTOCAD is set up a little differently from my previous company.
I have noticed that dotted lines occasionally end with a space (not very professional looking).
I was then advised to turn off Hardware acceleration. This immediately worked!
But I import cloud scans and these won't work whilst hardware acceleration is turned off.
Whilst it's not the end of the world to continually switch Hardware acceleration on and off, it is annoying.

I didn't have this issue in my previous role, so a solution must exist.
Does anyone know how to fix this?

Have you tried the following

1.Enter at command prompt Gfxdx12 and set as 0 then restart AutoCAD

If still no good:

2. Enter at command prompt GraphicsConfig and under 2d Display Settings select another option

If still no good:

3. Try and search on your graphics cards manufacturer website a more recent driver for download and installation
