Change color of text for visual controls on screen?

When I have set the background color to my preference (dark gray), the text for the visual and view controls is near the same color and so is nearly invisible.

See the dark gray words circled in yellow (attached pic); note - the word "conceptual" is lit up because I'm moused over it, so it reverts to the same dark color as the text on the left.

Is there a way to change the color of the dark text? (It is not in the options > color)

Thank you, but unfortunately, that doesn't work for any visual style except 2D Wireframe. EDIT: I found a Viewport Control setting under the 3D Parallel section. Thanks - that works!
